执行功能概念研究进展

摘要 执行功能是神经认知技能系列, 包括工作记忆, 抑制控制, 转换/可塑性.执行功能主要依赖于前额叶皮层,被自上而下程序影响,在儿童早期出现, 学前期迅速发展, 持续上升到 30 岁左右.执行功能可以被训练, 并伴随着大脑结构和功能变化而改变.目前的执行功能基础研究重点在执行功能结构组成, 包括热执行功能、 潜在机制理论、 与执行功能相关的输出、 执行功能训练等.
