未来学习者,你准备好了吗——美国ISTE《学生标准》解读及启示 被引量:11

摘要 为帮助学生在未来技术驱动的互联世界中成功地学习、生活和工作,美国教育技术国际协会(ISTE)于2016年6月发布了《学生标准》。该标准旨在从更广阔的视野改变教育实践工作者对未来学习的认识,勾勒出未来学习者的新图景。解读ISTE《学生标准》,可以明确如下问题:一是该标准提出未来学习者的七大角色:拥有学习权力的人、数字公民、知识建造者、创新设计师、具有计算思维的人、创意沟通者、全球合作者。二是该标准蕴含四大核心理念:学习赋权、公民意识、创造与设计、思维与技能。三是该标准强调教学论导向,而非技术工具导向,即关注学生如何更好地利用恰切的技术变革学习方式。四是该标准的制定采用多途径、多渠道的方法,确保了其有效性、实用性和适用性。以ISTE《学生标准》来观照我国教育信息化背景下的学生发展,应做好三方面的工作:一是在《中国学生发展核心素养》框架和教育信息化规划中凸显"为学生学习赋权"的重要性;二是在我国制定的各类教育发展规划和标准中突出"技术促进学习"的方法导向,增强其可操作性;三是要特别重视将"学生的思维与技能发展"纳入学生培养体系中,这是技术促进学习的价值追求。 In order to set students up for successul learning, work and life in the future technology-driven connected world, the International Society for Technology in Education(ISTE) of USA has released Standards for Students in June, 2016. The standards is aimed to refresh the knowledge of future learning for educators from a broader vision and sketch out a new map of future learners. By reviewing the ISTE Standards for Students, following issues have been clarified. Firstly, the standards proposed seven roles of the future learner, that is, empowered learner, digital citizen, knowledge constructor, innovative designer, computational thinker, creative communicator, global collaborator.Secondly, the standards indicated four core concepts, that is, empowered students learning, citizenship awareness,creation and design, thinking and skills. Thirdly, the standards emphasized pedagogy, not tools, that is, they emphasized that technology can be effectively and appropriately used to amplify and even transform learning.Fourthly, the standards were generated by multiple approaches to confirm the validity, practicability and applicability. According to the ISTE Standards for Students, something important should be conducted to the students' development in the background of educational informationization in China. First, the importance of empowered students learning should be highlighted in the framework of Core Literacy for Chinese Students' Development and the educational informationization plans. Second, the pedagogy of technology-enhanced learning should be emphasized in the formulation of educational informationization plans and standards to make them more operable. Last but not the least, the development of thinking and skills should be considered into the students' training system, which is the value pursuit of technology-enhanced learning.
