瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗口服降糖药控制不良的2型糖尿病患者的有效性和安全性

Effectiveness and safety of repaglinide in combination with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with poorly controlled oral hypoglycemic agents

目的:探讨瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗口服降糖药控制不良的2型糖尿病患者的有效性和安全性。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者148例。予以瑞格列奈+二甲双胍治疗,通过调整两药联用的剂量,观察患者的血糖变化、糖化血糖蛋白变化及不良反应情况并评价。结果:治疗后,患者的血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平以及不良反应状况均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);在不同剂量治疗下,患者的FPG、PPG、HbA_(1c)均降低,效果明显;患者中出现轻度低血糖仅2例、重度低血糖1例,与用药剂量无关。结论:瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗口服降糖药控制不良的2型糖尿病患者的疗效显著,安全性好。

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness and safety of repaglinide in combination with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with poorly controlled oral hypoglycemic agents.Methods:148 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected.They were treated by repaglinide and metformin.By adjusting the dosage of two drugs,the changes of blood glucose,glycated glycogen protein and adverse reactions were observed and evaluated.Results:After treatment,the levels of blood glucose,glycated glycogen protein and adverse reactions were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Under different doses,the FPG,PPG and HbA_(1c) of the patients decreased,and the effect was obvious,the mild hypoglycemia occurred in only 2 patients and severe hypoglycemia in 1 patient,which had nothing to do with the dosage.Conclusion:The curative effect of repaglinide in combination with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with poorly controlled oral hypoglycemic agents is significant with good safety.
