急性心肌梗死危重症患者应用主动脉内球囊反搏辅助临床治疗预后观察

Clinical observation of the clinical application of intra aortic balloon pump in the treatment of critically ill patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:观察急性心肌梗死危重症患者应用主动脉内球囊反搏辅助临床治疗预后及疗效。方法:收治急性心肌梗死危重症患者70例,分两组。对照组和观察组依次施行急诊对症支持治疗和联合应用主动脉内球囊反搏辅助治疗,比较两组临床疗效和预后指标情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率91.18%,明显高于对照组的72.22%,并发症发生率8.82%,明显低于对照组的27.78%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组预后指标,急诊时间、治疗评估时间、住院时间及球囊扩张时间显著优于对照组的治疗结果,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死危重症患者应用主动脉内球囊反搏辅助临床治疗具有较高的安全性和有效性,且能够明显缩短急诊抢救时间、球囊扩张和治疗评估时间以及住院时间、临床治愈时间。

Objective:To observe the clinical prognosis efficacy of intra aortic balloon pump in the treatment of critically ill patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:70 critically ill patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group and the observation group were given emergency symptomatic support treatment and the combination of intra aortic balloon pump assist therapy.The clinical efficacy and prognostic indicators were compared between groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 91.18%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 72.22%;the complication rate was 8.82%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group27.78%;the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The prognosis index,emergency time,treatment evaluation time,hospitalization time and balloon dilation time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intra aortic balloon pump in the treatment of critically ill patients with acute myocardial infarction has high safety and effectiveness,and can significantly shorten the time of emergency rescue,balloon dilation and treatment evaluation time,length of stay and clinical cure time.
