剖宫产采用腰硬联合与硬膜外麻醉镇痛效果对比

Comparison of analgesic effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in cesarean section

目的:对剖宫产采用腰硬联合与硬膜外麻醉镇痛效果进行对比、分析。方法:收治剖宫产产妇60例,分两组。对照组用硬膜外麻醉,观察组用腰硬联合麻醉。将产妇各项临床资料详细整理后做回顾性分析。结果:观察组VAS评分低、不良反应发生率低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产产妇接受腰硬联合麻醉的效果显著,其术后疼痛程度轻,不良反应少。

Objective:To compare the analgesic effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in cesarean section.Methods:60 cases of cesarean section were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group with epidural anesthesia,while the observation group with combined spinal epidural anesthesia.The maternal clinical data were retrospectively analyzed after detailed analysis.Results:The VAS score of the observation group was low,and the incidence of adverse reactions was low;compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in the application of cesarean section is significant.The degree of postoperative pain was mild and the adverse reactions were few.
