腹腔镜手术治疗高龄胆结石患者临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with gallstones

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗高龄胆结石的疗效。方法:收治高龄胆结石患者86例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组术中出血量、手术用时、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院天数及术后肝肾功能、腹腔感染、呼吸道感染、切口感染发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗高龄胆结石的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with gallstones.Methods:86 elderly patients with gallstones were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospital stay and postoperative liver and kidney dysfunction,abdominal infection,respiratory tract infection,incision infection rates were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with gallstones was significant.
