植骨预防四肢骨折术后骨不连的价值分析

Analysis of the value of bone graft in prevention of nonunion after limb fracture surgery

目的:研究植骨预防四肢骨折术后骨不连的价值。方法:收治四肢骨折患者80例,依据患者是否进行植骨将其分为观察组(植骨)和对照组(未植骨),观察两组患者术后骨不连的发生率。结果:观察组骨不连发生率4.65%,明显低于对照组的16.22%(P<0.05)。结论:植骨对于预防四肢骨折患者术后骨不连具有重要价值,建议在四肢骨折患者进行骨折固定术中植骨以促进骨折愈合,降低术后骨不连的发生率。

Objective:To study the value of bone graft in prevention of nonunion after limb fracture surgery.Methods:80 patients with limb fracture were selected.The patients were divided into the observation group(bone graft)and the control group(without bone graft)according to whether the patients received bone grafting.The incidence of nonunion was observed in the two groups.Results:The incidence of nonunion in the observation group was 4.65%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 16.22%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bone graft is of great value in preventing bone nonunion after limb fracture.We recommended that using nonunion during limb fracture surgery in order to promote fracture healing,reduce the incidence of postoperative nonunion.
