喉科六味汤(加味)联合布地奈德治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of throat six flavored decoction(modified) and budesonide in the treatment of laryngeal cough

目的:对加味喉科六味汤与布地奈德联合治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床治疗效果进行分析和探讨。方法:收治喉源性咳嗽患者40例,随机平分两组。研究组采用加味喉科六味汤与布地奈德联合治疗,对照组单独使用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,对比治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率90%,明显高于对照组的70%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率5%,明显低于对照组的10%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味喉科六味汤与布地奈德联合治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床治疗效果较为显著。

Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical efficacy of throat six flavored decoction(modified)and budesonide in the treatment of laryngeal cough.Methods:40 patients with laryngeal cough were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The research group was treated with throat six flavored decoction(modified)and budesonide.The control group was treated with budesonide inhalation alone.We compared the treatment effect.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 90%,which was significantly higher than 70% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5%,which was significantly lower than 10% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified throat six flavored decoction combined with budesonide in the treatment of laryngeal cough is significant.
