曲美他嗪联合参附注射液在治疗病毒性心肌炎中的疗效观察

Efficacy of trimetazidine combined with Shen Fu injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis

目的:探讨曲美他嗪联合参附注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法:收治病毒性心肌炎患者102例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用曲美他嗪联合参附注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率、治疗后BNP、CRP均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪联合参附注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of trimetazidine combined with Shen Fu injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis.Methods:102 patients with viral myocarditis were selected,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with trimetazidine combined with Shen Fu injection.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate,BNP and CRP after treatment in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of trimetazidine combined with Shen Fu injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis was significant.
