甲状腺原发性淋巴上皮瘤样癌临床病理特征分析

Analysis of clinicopathological features of primary thyroid epithelioma like carcinoma

本文对1例甲状腺原发性淋巴上皮瘤样癌患者的临床资料及病理学形态特点进行分析,总结甲状腺原发性淋巴上皮瘤样癌临床及病理学诊断要点。甲状腺原发性淋巴上皮瘤样癌光镜下肿瘤组织对周围正常组织呈广泛侵袭性并可见巢状和片状的上皮细胞,伴有大量的淋巴细胞浸润。甲状腺原发性淋巴上皮瘤样癌转移率低,其恶性程度不高,患者多预后较好,因此对患者临床症状及组织学进行诊断显得十分重要。

The clinical data and pathological features of 1 case of thyroid primary lymphoepithelioma like carcinoma were selected,and we summarized the clinical and pathological diagnosis of primary thyroid lymphoepithelioma.The primary tumor of thyroid was diffusely invaded by surrounding tissues,and the nests and lamellar epithelial cells were found under light microscope,accompanied by a large number of lymphocytic infiltration.Thyroid primary lymphoepithelioma like carcinoma metastasis rate is low,the malignant degree is not high,many patients with good prognosis,the clinical symptoms and histology in patients diagnosis is very important.
