阴道分泌物真菌革兰染色法检验分析

Analysis of the examination of vaginal secretion fungi by Gram staining

目的:分析阴道分泌物真菌革兰染色法检验应用。方法:收治阴道炎患者60例,分两组。观察组进行革兰染色法检验,对照组使用生理盐水进行检验,比较两组真菌检验的结果。结果:观察组真菌阳性率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对阴道分泌物进行革兰染色法检验,检出率比较高且敏感性强。

Objective:To analyze the vaginal discharge fungal Gram stain test application.Methods:60 patients with vaginitis were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The observation group was examined by Gram staining method.The control group was tested with physiological saline.The results of fungal test were compared between groups. Results:The fungal positive rate of the gram staining test in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The vaginal secretion is detected by Gram staining method,and the detection rate is high and sensitive.
