急诊检验中全自动生化免疫分析仪的应用研究

Study on the application of automatic biochemical immunoassay analyzer in emergency examination

目的:分析急诊检验中全自动生化免疫分析仪的应用价值。方法:收治接受急症检验的胸痛患者71例,随机分为分析组(n=36)与常规组(n=35)。均抽取血清样品,分析组应用DXI800全自动生化免疫分析仪对血糖、谷丙转氨酶、肌酐予以检查,常规组应用常规辅助检查方式,对比两组患者的确诊时间及诊断符合率。结果:分析组患者的急症确诊时间相对较短,与常规组患者确诊时间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分析组患者诊断符合率97.22%,高于常规组的85.71%,数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊检验中全自动生化免疫分析仪的应用,操作方式便利,且能够缩短临床诊断的时间,提升急诊检验的临床诊断符合率。

Objective:To analyze the application value of automatic biochemical immunoassay analyzer in emergency examination.Methods:71 patients with chest pain who underwent emergency examination were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into the analysis group(n=36)and conventional group(n=35).The serum samples were taken from all patients,and the blood glucose,alanine aminotransferase and creatinine were detected by DXI800 automatic biochemical immunoassay analyzer in the analysis group.While routine examination was used in the routine group,and the diagnostic time and diagnostic coincidence rate between groups were compared.Results:The diagnosis time of patients in the analysis group was relatively short;compared with the conventional group,the diagnosis time was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The diagnostic accordance rate of patients in the analysis group was 97.22%,higher than 85.71% in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of automatic biochemical immunoassay analyzer in emergency examination is convenient,and it can shorten the time of clinical diagnosis,and improve the clinical diagnostic coincidence rate of emergency examination.
