腰椎峡部裂CT扫描技术及CT诊断观察

CT scanning technique and CT diagnosis of lumbar spondylolysis

目的:探讨CT诊断腰椎峡部裂患者的效果。方法:收治腰椎峡部裂患者37例,行CT扫描,观察CT影像表现。结果:利用CT扫描技术能够观测到腰椎峡部裂的各类直接、间接征象,能够有效确诊。结论:对腰椎峡部裂的CT影像表现进行分析,能够观测到具有代表性的影像特点,提升确诊率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of CT in the diagnosis of lumbar spondylolysis.Methods:37 patients with lumbar spondylolysis were selected,and they underwent CT scan,we observed the CT imaging findings.Results:Using CT scanning technology,we can observe all kinds of direct and indirect signs of lumbar spondylolysis,which can effectively confirm the diagnosis.Conclusion:Through the analysis of CT imaging of lumbar spondylolysis,we can observe the typical image features,so as to improve the diagnosis rate.
