摘要
目的:探讨电子支气管镜检查在肺部疾病诊断中的作用。方法:收治肺部疾病患者44例。所有患者均选择BF260型电子支气管镜进行检查,观察检查结果。结果:44例患者中,小细胞肺癌10例,腺癌1例,鳞癌7例,植物异物1例,异型细胞8例,阳性检出率61.4%。其中活检11例,检出8例,阳性检出率72.7%;刷检20例,检出8例,阳性检出率40.0%;灌洗液13例,检出11例,阳性检出率84.6%。结论:电子支气管镜活检、刷检或灌洗液灌洗检查可以提高肺部疾病的阳性检出率。
Objective:To investigate the role of electronic bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of lung diseases.Methods:44 patients with lung disease were selected.All patients underwent BF260 electronic bronchoscopy.We observed the results of examination.Results:Among the 44 cases,10 cases were small cell lung cancer;1 case was adenocarcinoma;7 cases were squamous cell carcinoma;1 case was plant foreign body;8 cases were atypical cell,the positive rate was 61.4%.Among them,11 cases were biopsied,8 cases were detected,and the positive rate was 72.7%;20 cases were examined by brush,8 cases were detected,and the positive rate was 40%;13 cases were examined by lavage fluid,11 cases were detected,and the positive rate was 84.6%.Conclusion:Biopsy,brushing or lavage examination of electronic bronchoscopy can improve the positive rate of lung disease.
