心理护理疗效评价与影响因素分析

Evaluation of psychological nursing efficacy and analysis of its influencing factors

目的:探讨在护理工作开展过程中心理护理运用的效果评价以及影响因素。方法:对收治的患者进行生理和心理指标的评定,对患者在住院期间的主观体验和满意程度与护理目标的实现现状进行分析。结果:对心理护理的疗效造成影响的因素是护理人员的综合素质、时间因素、环境因素等客观因素。结论:将心理护理在临床护理工作中运用,具有一个动态性的和综合性的评价,同时,受到护理人员综合素质、时间因素、环境因素等客观因素的影响。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing application in the process of nursing work and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:The physiological and psychological indexes of the patients were evaluated.The subjective experience and satisfaction degree of patients during hospitalization and the realization of nursing objective were analyzed.Results:The factors influencing the effect of psychological nursing were the comprehensive quality of nursing staff and time factors,environmental factors and objective factors.Conclusion:The application of psychological nursing in clinical nursing work has a dynamic and comprehensive evaluation,at the same time,it is affected by the comprehensive quality of nursing staff,time factors,environmental factors and objective factors.
