脑血栓患者的中医护理要点及施行效果分析

Key points and effect of TCM nursing for patients with cerebral thrombosis

目的:探讨脑血栓患者的中医护理要点及施行效果。方法:收治脑血栓患者98例,分为对照组和中医护理组。对照组采用常规护理干预,中医护理组在对照组基础上增加中医护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:中医护理组的治疗总有效率、护理满意度、住院平均天数、干预后血黏度、血小板黏附率、颈动脉斑块面积均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑血栓患者的中医护理效果确切,可改善血流动力学指标、缩小颈动脉斑块、改善患者预后、提高护理满意度、减少住院时间。

Objective:To explore the key points and effect of TCM nursing for patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods:98 patients with cerebral thrombosis were selected,and they were divided into the control group and the TCM nursing group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the TCM nursing group added with TCM nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the TCM nursing group,the total effective rate,nursing satisfaction,average days of hospitalization,blood viscosity after intervention,platelet adhesion rate and carotid plaque area were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of TCM nursing for patients with cerebral thrombosis was exact.It can improve hemodynamic indexes,reduce carotid plaque,improve the prognosis of patients,improve nursing satisfaction and reduce hospitalization time.
