普外科手术后患者疼痛的护理方法和体会

Nursing methods and experience of patients with postoperative pain in department of general surgery

目的:总结普外科手术后期疼痛的相关原因,提出科学的疼痛护理方法。方法:选取普外科接受手术患者资料152例,均存在不同程度的疼痛感;统计引起疼痛的具体因素;对疼痛患者实施针对性护理,于1个月后回访调查,对比护理前后疼痛情况,统计护理效果。结果:术后疼痛152例,主要存在心理异常、切口感染、切口撕裂、肠蠕动4个因素,导致患者出现不同程度的疼痛感;持续护理后,治愈118例,显效20例,有效12例,无效2例;疼痛严重2例,延长护理后疼痛消失。结论:普外科术后引起疼痛的因素复杂多变,及时护理有助于抑制疼痛,加快康复。

Objective:To summarize the related causes of postoperative pain in department of general surgery,and put forward the scientific pain nursing method.Methods:A total of 152 patients undergoing general surgery were enrolled in this study.All of them had different degrees of pain.We counted the specific factors that cause pain.The implementation of targeted care was used for patients with pain.After 1 month follow-up survey,the pain conditions were compared before and after nursing,and the effect of nursing counted.Results:152 cases of postoperative pain,mainly due to psychological abnormalities,incision infection,incision tear,intestinal peristalsis and other 4 factors,resulting in patients with varying degrees of pain.After continuous nursing,118 cases were cured,20 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,and 2 cases were invalid.A serious illness in 2 cases,and the pain disappeared after prolonged nursing.Conclusion:The factors causing postoperative pain in department of general surgery are complex and changeable,and timely care can help to suppress pain and speed up the rehabilitation of the disease.
