临床护理路径在计划免疫健康教育中的应用分析

Application of clinical nursing pathway in health education of planned immunization

目的:探讨临床护理路径在计划免疫健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选择婴幼儿400例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组婴幼儿家长接受常规健康教育,观察组婴幼儿家长接受临床护理路径健康教育,比较两组婴幼儿疫苗及时接种比例及家长对疫苗接种的满意程度。结果:观察组免疫接种及时率和家长满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径对于计划免疫健康教育具有非常有效的作用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in health education of planned immunization.Methods:400 infants were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The parents of the control group received routine health education,and the parents of the observation group received the clinical nursing path health education.We compared the proportion of timely vaccination of infant vaccine and parental satisfaction with vaccination of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the rate of timely immunization and the satisfaction of parents were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway had very effective effect on health education of planned immunization.
