舒适护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的应用观察

Observation on the application of comfortable nursing in femoral neck fracture nursing

目的:探讨舒适护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的应用效果。方法:收治股骨颈骨折患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理联合舒适护理。结果:对照组压疮、泌尿系感染、创口感染等并发症的发生率明显高于观察组,并且患者护理满意度低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:在股骨颈骨折患者的护理中应用舒适护理,可以降低患者在治疗中的疼痛指数和并发症发生率,易获得患者的认可与接受。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in femoral neck fracture nursing.Methods:80 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine nursing,and the observation group were treated with routine nursing combined with comfort nursing.Results:The incidence of complications such as bedsore,urinary infection and wound infection in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group,and the nursing satisfaction of the patients was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of comfortable nursing on patients with femoral neck fracture can reduce the pain index and the incidence of complications in the treatment of patients,and easy to obtain the recognition and acceptance of patients.
