医院业务收入增长因素的分析

Analysis on the growth factors of hospital business income

医院的业务收入是反映医院管理水平高低、经营状况好坏的一个重要指标,同时它受工作量和人均费用因素的影响和制约。为了进一步加强医院的行为规范管理,不断提高医院业务收入,适当调整和控制影响因素,为领导的决策提供真实可靠的依据,本文对我院2015年、2016年因素变动进行了分析,对评判医院的经济运行具有良好的促进作用。

The income of the hospital is an important indicator to reflect the level of the hospital management and the quality of the operation,at the same time,it is influenced and restricted by the factors of workload and per capita cost.In order to further strengthen the standardized management of hospital behavior,improve hospital business income,adjust and control the influence factors,to provide a reliable basis for the leadership decision-making,this paper analyses the changes in the factors of our hospital in 2015 and 2016,and has a good effect on the evaluation of the economic operation of the hospital.
