New Concept of Cooperation between Guangxi and ASEAN in the Background of “the Belt and Road”

随着"一带一路"建设的推进,广西与东盟的贸易合作水平跃上新台阶,投资合作水平显著提高,区域次区域经济合作日益加强,互联互通水平显著提升,区域金融合作水平取得新突破,人文交流日益密切,基础更加扎实。面对经济全球化新趋势和"一带一路"建设新机遇,广西将围绕"政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通"的"五通"要求,努力搭建政策沟通交流大平台,加快构建综合立体大通道枢纽、大经贸发展新格局、大金融发展新格局和人文大交流新格局,为深化中国—东盟合作贡献广西智慧。

With the promotion of “the belt and Road”initiative,the trade level between Guangxi and ASEANhas been promoted toa further step,in which the investment level has been improved largely,sub -regionaleconomic cooperation has been strengthened gradually,connectivity level is upgraded,the regional financialcooperation has achieveda new breakthrough,people-to-people exchange has also been increasingly closed,andthe infrastructure is more stable. Facinga new opportunities brought by the trend of economic globalization and“theBelt and Road”initiative,Guangxi will focus on“policies exchange,facility connectivity,smooth trade,financialintermediation,and friendly people-to-people exchanges”to build a great platform vigorously by which the buildingof comprehensive three-dimensional channel,new economic development pattern,financial development as well asnew pattern of people-to-people exchange will be accelerated so as to contribute the Guangxi wisdom to deepen theChina-ASEAN cooperation.
