摘要
以某型发动机连杆上轴瓦磨损和轴瓦磨损在曲轴上的分布为研究对象,从轴瓦磨损的角度分析发动机的运行状况,根据轴瓦磨损原因和在曲轴上分布的形态,推断发动机运行中存在的问题。研究结果显示,磨损形式和程度在曲轴上呈对称分布,证明发动机轴瓦的单个磨损程度严重和偏磨是由于设计问题造成的。
This paper analyzes the operation status of the engine from the angle of bearing wear, and analyzes the operation of the engine according to the cause of the bearing wear and the analysis on the crankshaft. The operation of the engine is analyzed by the bearing wear on the crankshaft. The results show that the form and extent of wear are symmetrically distributed on the crankshaft, thus proving that the single wear of the engine bearing is serious and the partial grinding is caused by the design problem.
