摘要
应用ANSYS分析软件,对某特殊结构空气冷却器筒体接管进行了应力分析与评价。结果显示,应力水平超过国标规定的范围,无法通过校核。于是,通过根据计算结果给出改进方案,并对新的设计方案进行有限元分析,结果显示改进的设计方案可以通过相关校核,而相关结果也为该空气冷却器的设计制造提供了理论依据。
The application of ANSYS analysis software, the stress analysis and evaluation of a special structure of air cooler tube nozzle, the result shows the stress levels ranged over the national standard, not through the check, according to the results presented the improvement scheme, and the finite element analysis of the new design, results show that the improved design scheme can check. The results provide a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of the air cooler.
