摘要 应用MATLAB软件分别实现了车牌识别系统的定位、字符切分和字符识别功能模块,并开发了基于GUI的车牌定位与识别测试平台,验证了多种图像采集及预处理算法在车牌识别系统中的应用效果。仿真结果表明,融合多种有机算法可以实现车牌图像的实时识别,识别效果较好。 In this paper, MATLAB software is applied to realize the software modules, including license plate location, character segmentation and character recognition. Finally, the license plate location and recognition system based on GUI had been developed, in which verified the application effect on the acquisition of images and preprocessing algorithms. The simulation results show that the LPR based on GUI fused with many recognition algorithms can achieve real-time recognition of single license plate image and have good recognition effect.
