摘要
托架零件属于典型的支架类零件,具有结构复杂、定位装夹困难的特点。因此,它的加工精度一般需要借助专用夹具来保证。针对托架零件上螺纹底孔的加工要求,经过零件分析、定位和夹紧方案分析、钻套设计等步骤,最终完成螺纹底孔加工的专用钻孔夹具设计。
Bracket mount belongs to typical bracket parts,which is complex and difficult to fix.Thus,machining accuracy is ensured by the special fixture,generally.To meet with the processing requirements of threaded bottom holes on bracket mount, the paper focuses on the steps, including part analysis,positioning and clamping analysis,and drilling sleeve design, to complete the design of special drilling fixture for machining of threaded bottom holes.
