摘要
汽轮机的真空系统对机组平稳高效的运行有着举足轻重的作用。工作人员有效地操作汽轮机的真空系统,并加以及时的维护,是汽轮机机组安全运行与实现经济的重要保障。但在汽轮机检修工作完成后,经常会发生真空系统不严谨的问题,进而降低了汽轮机组的真空度,影响了汽轮机的工作效率。所以,本文对汽轮机真空系统真空度降低的影响因素加以概括,并总结相关经验,提出汽轮机真空系统检漏步骤与维护方法。
The vacuum system of a steam turbine plays a decisive role in the smooth and efficient operation of a turbine. The effective operation of the vacuum system of the steam turbine and timely maintenance is the important guarantee for the safe operation of the steam turbine unit and the realization of the economy. However, after the completion of steam turbine maintenance work, the vacuum system is often not rigorous, which reduces the vacuum degree of steam turbine and affects the efficiency of steam turbine. Therefore, this paper summarizes the influencing factors of vacuum reduction of steam turbine vacuum system and relevant experience, and puts forward the leak detection steps and maintenance methods of the vacuum system of steam turbine.
