本文介绍了声发射技术原理及检测方法,并分析其检测方法及安装使用要点,声发射系统主要由声源发射、声波传播、声电信号转换、信号处理技术、数据判定及存储显示等部分构成,具有检验准确安装操作简便等优势。
This paper will introduce the principle of acoustic emission technology and detection methods, and analysis of the detection methods and installation points, mainly by the acoustic emission, the acoustic emission system of acoustic wave propagation, acoustic electric signal conversion, signal processing, data storage and display determination of components has the advantages of simple operation and accurate installation inspection.
