摘要
根据超声波在金属中传导时遇到晶界面产生反射的原理,利用分辨力较高的超声数字机结合高频探头并加一定厚度的延迟块,避开近场区和盲区,有效地检测该铝合金产品中的化合物偏析,并显示直观、易于操作。
According to the ultrasound in metal when traveling in meeting the principle of grain boundaries surfaces reflect, using the high resolution of ultrasound machine with high frequency transducers and add a certain thickness of delay, avoid near-zone and a blind, detect the aluminum alloy products compounds in segregation. And display the intuitive and easy to operate.
