含油污泥处理现状及新的研究进展

Present Situation and New Research Progress on Oily Sludge Treatment

含油污泥是石油开发、炼制、加工、运输及生产等过程中的危险物之一。在石油行业产量大,若处理不当,将会对周边环境造成污染,对含油污泥进行无害化与资源化处理是急需解决的难题,也是可持续发展的要求。本文阐述了含油污泥的来源、特征及主要危害,分析了含油污泥的处理现状及研究进展,并对含油污泥处理技术指出了建议及发展方向。

Oily sludge is one of the dangerous substances in the processes of petroleum exploitation,refinement,process,transportation and production. Because of the large output in the oil industry,if oily sludge is not handled properly,it would cause the surrounding environment pollution. It is urgent to find the method of harmless and resourceful treatment to solve the problem of oily sludge. And the treatment is also the requirement of sustainable development. The origin,properties and main harm of oily sludge were expounded,the present situation and research progress on the treatment of oily sludge were analyzed,and some suggestions and directions of oily sludge treatment technology were provided.
