超声波辅助提取无患子果皮中总黄酮的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以超声波辅助乙醇浸提法处理无患子果皮粉末,对提取液中的黄酮类化合物进行验证,并通过单因素试验分析和正交试验,研究超声波辅助提取无患子果皮中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。分析得到在超声温度75℃、超声功率20 W、乙醇浓度70%、固液比1∶15(g/m L)、超声时间50 min的条件下为最佳提取工艺。结果表明,运用超声波辅助提取法从无患子果皮中提取黄酮类化合物是提取马鞭草总黄酮的有效途径。 The flavonoids were extracted by ethanol as the solvent from pericarps of Sapindus mukorossi with ultrasonic wave,and flavonoids of the extracted solution were validated by using chemical method. The optimum technological conditions for determination of total flavonoids from pericarps of Sapindus mukorossi by ultrasonic-assisted method were studied by using single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimum conditions for extracting total flavonoids from pericarps of Sapindus mukorossi were found as follows: ultrasonic temperature was 75 ℃,ultrasonic power was 20 W,ethanol concentration was 70%,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶15( g/m L),and length of ultrasonic time was 50 min. It was an ideal way to extract the flavonoids of pericarps of Sapindus mukorossi by using ultrasonic-assisted extraction.
