食用器具不锈钢在不同介质中重金属的迁移量研究

摘要 建立电感耦合等离子技术对食用器具不锈钢中7种重金属元素在不同介质中迁移量进行研究。以铅、镍、镉、铬、铜、锰、锌的迁移量为表征指标,研究不同材质的食用器具不锈钢在不同醋酸浓度、不同接触时间、不同接触温度和不同盐度的介质中重金属的迁移量。结果表明,马氏体型不锈钢重金属元素迁移量低于奥氏体型不锈钢;盐度的增加会促进不锈钢中Cr、Zn和Mn等重金属元素的释放,而对其他重金属元素迁移量的影响不太明显。 A method for migration quantity of seven kinds of heavy metal for stainless steel for food containers in different medium by inductively coupled plasma technology was established. The migration of Pb,Ni,Cd,Cr,Cu,Mn and Zn was taken as characterization items and the migration behavior of heavy metal for stainless steel for food containers in different concentration of acetate,time,temperature and salinity. The result indicated that the migration quantity of heavy metal for martensiti stainless steel was lower than austenite. By raising salinity,the release of Cr,Zn and Mn in stainless steel was grown,but other heavy metals had no change.
