摘要
针对地质调查化学分析中批量测定土壤中全态氟化物不易前处理的特点,采用碱熔-超声浸提的前处理手段,并通过离子选择电极法测量,建立了一种测定土壤中全态氟化物含量的分析方法,并对该方法原理做出阐释。方法检出限低至18μg/g,相对标准偏差小于2.1%,相对误差小于2.7%。该方法简单快捷、准确度高、精密度好,适用于土壤中全态氟化物含量的批量处理与测定。
Aiming at solving the problem that occurred in the pretreatment of batch chemical analysis of geological survey,a method using alkali fusion-ultrasonic extraction-ion selective electrode was established to determine the total amount of fluoride in soil. The mechanism of this method was also explained. The detection limit of the method was as low as 18 μg/g,relative standard deviation and relative error were less than 2. 1% and 2. 7%,respectively. Due to the high accuracy and good precision,as well as the simple and rapid procedure of pretreatment,this method was applicable to determine the amount of total fluoride in soil.
