摘要
建立了同时检测水果蔬菜中5种苯酚类污染物残留气相色谱检测方法,样品中的目标化合物经过乙腈提取,用HBL固相萃取柱净化GC-FID法同时检测,外标法定量。方法在0.50~50μg/m L范围内具有良好的线性,相关系数为0.9982~0.9991、回收率为70.5%~99.5%、RSD为2.18%~5.61%、方法检测限为0.01~0.04 mg/kg,方法定量限为:0.03~0.13 mg/kg,该方法简便、快捷,灵敏度和准确度均较高。
The method for determination of phenolic pollutants residues in fruits and vegetables was developed. The phenolic pollutants were extracted from fruits and vegetables samples with acetonitrile. The extracts were purified by HBL solid phase extraction,determined by gas chromatography equipped with flame ionization detector( GC-FID) and quantified by external standard method. The peak areas were proportional to the five kinds phenolic compounds concentrations and the standard curve showed good linearity( r > 0. 99) in the range of 0. 500 ~ 50. 0 μg/m L. The detection limits were between 0. 01 ~ 0. 04 mg/kg and quantification limits were in the ranges of 0. 03 ~ 0. 13 mg/kg. The recoveries of standard addition were in the ranges of 70. 5% ~ 99. 5% and the RSD were in the ranges of 2. 18% ~5. 61%. This method was simple,rapid,accurate,sensitive and reliable,which could be used in inspecting 5 kinds of phenolic pollutants residues in fruits and vegetables
