摘要
采用气相色谱法分析汽油的详细组分,将详细组分结果根据样品的类型分成32组,通过偏最小二乘法进行数学模型的建立,得出汽油研究法辛烷值与汽油组分的数学公式。研究结果表明,通过模型计算出的辛烷值与标准方法测定的结果最大偏差在1.1个单位,最小偏差在0.0个单位。实际样品的测定计算表明,该方法具有其良好的预测性能和较高的精度,可用于生产中间过程控制分析,为汽油调和提供一定的指导帮助。
The detailed components of gasoline were analyzed by gas chromatography and the detailed component results were divided into 32 groups according to the type of samples. The mathematical model was established by partial least square method and the mathematical formula of research octane number and gasoline composition were obtained. It was found that the maximum deviation between the calculated research octane number and the standard method was 1. 1 units,and the minimum deviation was 0. 0 units. The measurement and calculation of the actual sample showed that the method had good prediction performance and high accuracy,which could be used in the process control analysis of the middle process and provide some guidance for gasoline blending.
