摘要 以车间现场轮毂喷涂过程实验为例,从油漆开发工艺、喷涂方式、预处理、基体表面的状态、漆膜厚度和涂层烘烤温度和时间六个方面对漆膜性能的影响进行分析研究,对提高轮毂防腐性能的方法进行讨论。提出适合生产车间的过程控制方法及技术方案,并从轮毂防腐方面出发对产品设计提出三条建议,通过从以上技术控制,能够大大降低轮毂腐蚀风险,提高产品质量。 Taking the workshop wheel hub spraying process as an example,the influences on the performance of the film such as paint development process,spraying method,pretreatment,substrate surface,film thickness,coating baking temperature and time were analyzed. Ways to improve the corrosion resistance of the hub were discussed. Methods and technical scheme for the workshop were put forward,and three suggestions on the product design from the aspect of anticorrosion of the hub were proposed. By controlling the above technology,the risk of wheel hub corrosion can be greatly reduced and the product quality can be improved.
