摘要
环己烯是重要化工中间体。目前,工业苯部分加氢反应制环己烯的催化剂是钌锌纳米颗粒催化剂。分析苯部分加氢催化剂组分对苯部分加氢反应选择性影响的因素,进而分析出生产中出现的催化剂活性缓慢劣化导致环己烯收率降低原因。通过热力学计算出生产反应中相应工艺参数。根据计算数据,优化生产工艺指标促使催化剂活性稳定,提高了目标产物环己烯的收率。
Cyclohexene is an important Chemical intermediate. The catalyst for benzene partial hydrogenation reaction to produce cyclohexene is Ru/Zn Nanoparticles. Influencing factors of how the Ru/Zn catalyst component affected the selection of benzene partial hydrogenation were investigated,and the catalyst slowly degradation that caused low cyclohexene yield was researched. Through thermodynamics calculation got the proper corresponding process parameter which was used to optimize process technology,both stability of catalyst activity and cyclohexene yield in the reaction were improved.
