摘要 纤维增强复合材料逐渐成为风能新能源领域的研究焦点。介绍了风机叶片用材料的性能要求、传统材料和纤维增强复合材料在风机叶片中的应用,对比分析了玻纤、碳纤维和玄武岩纤维作为增强材料的优缺点,阐述了树脂基体材料、夹芯材料、涂料在复合材料中的应用,复合材料的成型工艺,展望了风机叶片材料的研发前景。 Fiber reinforced composites have gradually become the focus of new energy field of wind energy. T'hc performance re-quirements of fan blades material and applications of traditional materials and fiber reinforced composites in fan blades were intro-duced. The advantages and disadvantages of glass fiber, carbon fiber and basatt fiber as reinforcing materials were analyzed and com-pared. T'he application of resin matrix materials, sandwich materials and coatings in composite materials and the molding process ofcomposite was elaborated. The research and development prospects of fan blade materials were prospected.
