基于单片机的茧质智能测试控制系统设计与实现

摘要 针对SR茧质智能测试机的升级改造,设计了通过无线传输方式的手机APP与缫丝试样机结合的新一代SR茧质智能测试机。该机智能核心部分采用单片机技术,数据传输方式采用目前使用较为广泛的3G、4G通信技术进行无线传输。通过系统硬件改造,APP软件的设计开发,使得新一代SR茧质智能测试机在数据采集、计算、分析等方面更为出色,人性化的界面操作更贴近工厂使用。 Aimed at the upgrading of SR cocoon quality intelligent testing machine,a new generation of SR cocoon quality intelligent testing machine was designed combing the mobile phone APP and reeling test machine by wireless transmission.The intelligent core of the machine adopted the technology of single chip microcomputer,and the data transmission mode adopted 3 Gand 4 Gcommunication technology for the wireless transmission.Through the system hardware transformation,the design and development of APP software,the new generation of SR cocoon quality intelligent test machine was more excellent in the data collection,calculation,analysis and other aspects,humanized interface operation was suitable for factory application.
