摘要
混龄幼儿共同游戏近几年在我国的幼教界逐渐的普及。但是,混龄幼儿共同游戏在执行中仍然存在幼儿教师组织与指导策略能力低下的问题。为了解决这一问题,笔者采用访谈法和问卷法对A幼儿园的老师在混龄幼儿共同游戏中所存在问题进行了梳理,并给出了对应的解决策略,为提升混龄幼儿共同游戏提供了一定的理论策略。
Mixed-age children plays are very popular in China's preschooleducation.However,problems are there in the implementation of plays for mixed-age children,among which the most prominent one is the incompetence of teachers in the organization and instruction.To solve this problem,the author approaches the problem in the play of mixed-age children by interviewing and questionnaire.On this basis,solutions and strategies are proposed to make contribution to the practice of plays of mixed-age children in kindergarten.
