推拿结合太极拳治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

Clinical observation of massage combined with Tai Chi Quan in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的评价推拿结合太极拳治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床应用疗效。方法将入选的120名DPN患者随机分为推拿结合太极拳组和西药组,推拿结合太极拳组采用拇指掌指关节推拿手法加二十四式简化太极拳治疗,西药组仅口服甲钴胺,干预2个月后比较两组患者治疗前后神经电生理变化情况,分析两组在神经电生理传导速度的差异。结果两组患者神经电生理传导速度治疗前后比较,均差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组组间比较,推拿结合太极拳组患者的神经电生理传导速度明显优于西药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推拿结合太极拳的治疗方式和服用甲钴胺营养神经的治疗方式均能改善DPN患者神经电生理传导速度,但推拿结合太极拳的治疗方式优于甲钴胺治疗。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of massage combined with Tai Chi Quan in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Me thods 120 patients with DPN were randomly divided into the massage combined with Tai Chi Quan group and the western medicine group.The massage combined with Tai Chi Quan group were given thumb knuckle manipulation and the twenty-four simplified move of Tai Chi Quan while the western medicine group were given A cobalt amine orally.After two months' intervention,neuroelectrophysiological changes of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared and neuroelectrophysiological conduction velocity differences were analyzed.Re s ults Within each group,neuroelectrophysiological conduction velocity differences before and after the treatment were statistically significant( P <0.05).The neuroelectrophysiological conduction velocity of the massage combined with Tai Chi Quan group were considerably better than that of the western medicine group,with the difference of statistical significance( P <0.05).Conclus ion Massage combined with Tai Chi Quan and oral taking of A cobalt amine can both improve the neuroelectrophysiological conduction velocity of patients with DPN,but the clinical effect of massage combined with Tai Chi Quan was better than that of the oral taking of A cobalt amine.
