摘要
【目的】探讨影响喜树嫩枝扦插育苗的因素,旨在得出最佳繁殖体系.【方法】以半木质化枝条为扦插材料,研究不同扦插基质、促根剂种类及其浓度对喜树嫩枝扦插生根的影响,以及生根过程中插穗韧皮部可溶性糖、淀粉和可溶性蛋白含量的变化.【结果】嫩枝扦插的最佳方案为:以珍珠岩为扦插基质,采用1 500mg/L NAA浸泡插条基部20s,扦插后成活率可达92%.在嫩枝扦插生根过程中可溶性糖含量随着生根进程表现出上升-下降-上升-下降的趋势,淀粉含量前期波动上升,后期波动下降.可溶性蛋白含量变化趋势不完全相同,大多数在0.5~2.5mg/g波动.【结论】不同处理均对生根有影响,采用植物生长调节剂可促进插穗营养物质的积累、缩短生根周期.
【Objective】The factors to influence the cuttage seedling of Camptotheca acuminata was explored in order to get the best breeding system.【Method】Taking the semi-woody branches of C.acuminataas the cutting materials to study the effects of cutting mediums,rooting agents and concentrations on the softwood cutting rooting of C.acuminataand measure the changes of soluble sugar,starch content and soluble protein of stem during rooting.【Result】With perlite as the cutting medium,soaking the cuttings with1 500 mg/L NAA for 20 seconds,the cutting survival rate reached 92%,the soluble sugar presented risedescend-rise-descend trend,the starch content increased firstly,then descended and the soluble protein content changed differently and fluctuated at the range of 0.5 to 2.5 mg/g.【Conclusion】All the treatments affected cuttings rooting,exogenous rooting agents could promote the nutrient accumulation of cuttings and shorten the rooting cycle.
