摘要
【目的】研究及评价白刺属植物叶的饲用价值.【方法】测定了4种白刺属植物叶的水分、灰分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、无氮浸出物、钙、磷、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维及pH值等11种饲用指标成分,并对其进行了灰色关联品质评价.【结果】白刺叶的品质相对较优,泡泡刺叶的品质较差.【结论】基于10种共有指标的4种白刺属植物叶与其他4种饲草作物的品质综合评价显示,白刺属4种植物叶子饲用品质优于其他4种饲草作物.
【Objective】The aim of this study was to evaluate the forage value of Nitraria plants.【Method】11 compositions of leaves in four Nitraria species were determined,including water,ash,crude protein(CP),crude fat(EE),crude fiber(CF),nitrogen-free extract(NFE),calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF)and pH.【Result】Grey correlation analysis of 11 parameters showed the leaves of Nitraria tangutorum had the best forage quality,and leaves of N.sphaerocarpahad the worst quality among the four Nitraria species.【Conclusion】The results indicated forage quality of four Nitraria species was much better than that of other forage crops by comprehensively comparing the common 10 ingredients.
