摘要
分析肉牛冷冻精液输配的影响因素,指出在1020℃解冻,冻精可保存8 h左右,不同解冻时间对输配受胎率影响不明显,采用不同的组织模式可以全面提升输配技术水平,以促进当地牛杂交改良工作的顺利开展。
Influencing factors of frozen semen transmission and distribution of beef were analyzed. It pointed out that frozen semen could be pre-served for 8 h after thawing at 10 -20 . Thawing time had no obvious effect on transmission and distribution conception rate. Transmission anddistribution technical level can be improved by adopting different organization modes to promote crossbreeding and improvement of local beef.
