Based on the VAR model, the empirical research results concluded that agricultural science and technology promotion expenses and agricultural research expenditure impact on farmers5 income of household operation significantly. In the long run, agricultural science and tech-nology promotion expenses, every 1 % increase peasant family business income will increase by 0. 18% ; 1% increase in agricultural scientific re-search funds, peasant family business income will increase by 0. 59%.
