碳纤维复合芯导线在特高压交流工程中的优势 被引量:5

摘要 碳纤维复合芯导线具有重量轻、载流量大、弧垂小、节约杆塔费用以及减小占地面积等一系列优点,但是基于碳纤维复合芯导线具体应用优势的分析尚未形成。结合碳纤维复合芯导线在国家电网特高压交流项目中的推广应用,与对应型号的传统钢芯铝绞线对比,于负荷转移、增容、特殊跨越等应用情形下进行经济性分析,论述碳纤维复合芯导线的应用优势,得出碳纤维复合芯导线的综合性能及经济性优于同等规格的钢芯铝绞线的结论,为工程设计和决策提供实用和可靠的方法和依据。 The carbon fiber composite core conductor ( CFCC conductor) feature in series of advantages, such as light weight, large ampacity, cost-saving of the poles, reduction of the occupied area and etc, however the application advantage of the CFCC has not yet formed. Based on the economy analysis of CFCC in the State Grid UHV&AC pro-ject, this paper compares to the corresponding model traditional ACSR, analysing the economic of CFCC based on the application: load transfer, capacity increase and special span, discusses the application advantages of CFCC. It is concluded that the comprehensive performance and economic efficiency of the CFCC is better than the corresponding model ACSR. This paper provides practical and reliable method and basis for engineering desire and decision making.
