摘要
提出了采用交联聚乙烯在电缆本体上模注增强绝缘层的设计理念及方法。详细阐述了模注式接头的关键技术的相关原理和制作工艺,并通过导体接头电阻、绝缘层交联度、热延伸、绝缘交界面检查等手段验证其可靠性。根据此方法研制的110 kV模注式接头,已按照JB/T 11167.1—2011的检测标准通过型式试验,证明了设计理念的正确性。
The design concept and method of using XLPE to mold the reinforced insulation on the cable body are pro-posed. The related principle and fabrication process of the key technology of the extrusion molded joint are described in details. The reliability of joint is verified by means of conductor resistance, insulation degree, thermal extension tests and insulation interface inspection. Following this method, 110 kV extrusion molded joint was developed and passed the type tests, which verified the design concept.
