摘要
为了研究新材料在舰船电缆上的应用,选取两种辐照交联聚烯烃材料并研究了不同辐照剂量对其性能的影响。研究表明,随着辐照剂量的增加,材料的断裂伸长率、热延伸表现出不同程度的下降。综合各项性能,确定250 kGy为材料的辐照剂量。将两种辐照交联聚烯烃材料挤包在电缆线芯上,制备的电缆满足美军标MIL-24263的要求,FZ-1材料通过了成束A类燃烧试验,可以用作舰船电缆的护套料。
In order to study the application of new materials in marine cable sheath, the effect of irradiation doses on two kinds of irradiated cross-linked polyolefin materials was studied. It was found that with the increasing of the irra-diation doses, the elongation at break, hot set was decreased. Taking all the properties into account, 250 kGy can be used as the irradiation technology. While extruding on the cable, the material performance meet the MIL - 24263 mil-itary standard system requirements of cable, FZ-1 pass through a bunch of burning of Cat A and can be used as the shipboard cable sheath material.
