老年人D-二聚体水平变化临床意义分析

Changes of D-dimer level in elderly patients and its clinical significance

目的:探讨老年人D-二聚体水平变化及其临床意义。方法:选取老年病科住院的362例老年患者,行D-二聚体检测后按年龄、性别和D-二聚体水平分组比较。结果:不同年龄组相比,老年人D-二聚体差异有统计学意义;不同性别间D-二聚体差异无统计学意义;年龄增长、慢性阻塞性肺疾病和(或)急性炎症是引起老年人血浆D-二聚体水平升高的影响因素。结论:老年人D-二聚体水平呈增龄性变化,慢性阻塞性肺疾病和(或)急性炎症是引起老年人血浆D-二聚体水平升高的显著因素。

Objective To analyze the change of D ‐ dimer level in elderly patients and its clinical significance. Method 362 D ‐ dimer positive patients were enrolled and their clinical characteristics were collected,They were respectively divided into two groups to analyze according to age、gender and the level of D-dimer. Results The difference of D ‐dimer was statistically significant between the group of age≥75 and the group of age 75; there was no statistically significance between males and females elderly patients; Binary logistic regression analysis showed that the factors affecting plasma D-dimer level of elderly patients were aging,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and（or） acute inflammation. Conclusion Plasma D-dimer levels are increased with age,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease/inflammation are the risk factors of raised plasma D-dimer levels in the elderly.
