不同促排卵方案外周血及卵泡液抗苗勒管激素水平预测IVF-ET妊娠结局的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究不同促排卵方案外周血及卵泡液抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVFET)患者妊娠结局的预测价值。方法:选取行IVF-ET治疗的不孕患者800例,随机将其分为应用GnRH-a(促性腺激素释放激素激动剂)长方案的A组与应用GnRH-ant(促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂)的B组,测定两组患者外周血及卵泡液中AMH水平,并判断其与患者妊娠结局的关系。结果:A组与B组的临床妊娠率、获卵数、受精率及优质胚胎率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组与B组的基础血清、HCG血清、排卵日血清及卵泡液AMH水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);基础血清、HCG日血清及排卵日血清与卵泡液的AMH水平与获卵数、成熟卵数及优质胚胎率均呈正相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:测定IVF-ET不孕患者外周血及卵泡液AMH水平可在一定程度上预测卵巢储备功能及患者妊娠结局。
