《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》将文化的传承和人的培育教养联系在一起,要求必须把中华优秀传统文化全方位融入思想道德教育、文化知识教育、艺术体育教育、社会实践教育各环节,贯穿于启蒙教育、基础教育、职业教育、高等教育、继续教育各领域。高等学校作为国家的育人基地和社会的智力高地,理应在传承和创新中华优秀传统文化方面发挥义不容辞的作用。

On the Implementation of Excellent Chinese Traditional Culture Inheritance and Development Project combines the cultural inheritance with the education of people,and requires that the excellent Chinese traditional culture should be fully integrated into the education of ideology and morality,cultural knowledge,art and sports,and social practice,and should run through the education of enlightenment,base,vocation,college and adult. As the bases of national education and social intelligence,the colleges and universities should play an obligatory role in inheriting and creating the excellent Chinese traditional culture.
